A Stockton University poll released Oct. 22 found that 64% of New Jersey registered voters disapprove of President Donald Trump’s job performance, while 31% approve.
The statewide survey comes from the university’s William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy in Galloway. It interviewed 662 registered voters Oct. 13–19 through live telephone interviews and text-to-web responses.
The reported margin of sampling error is plus or minus 3.8 percentage points at 95% confidence. The findings describe statewide registered voters, not a separate South Jersey sample or a forecast of election results. Click here to view the full report from Stockton University.
