Southampton Township, N.J. - The St. Augustine Prep community is mourning the loss of a beloved student athlete, Chase Sudano, who was killed in an accident with a UPS truck while riding his e-bike.


First responders first received reports of the accident around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, with reports of an accident involving a child on an electric bicycle and UPS delivery truck.

Chase Sudano was a standout wrestler at the school, but even more importantly, a “beloved” member of the student body. Sudano was a District 29 champion who had hoped of wrestling in college.

The investigation into what led to the collision is ongoing. No further details have been released at this time.
